The Shadow 300 Challenge – No Bag. No Shortcuts. Guard Up.
A series of intense images for a boxing challenge in London
The Shadow 300 Challenge is a timed boxing fitness benchmark. Your goal is simple: complete 300 clean straight punches across timed rounds while maintaining guard, footwork and breathing — then finish with core rotation under fatigue.
It’s not about smashing reps. It’s about staying sharp when your lungs burn and your shoulders want to drop.
