Wedding Body Transformation – 12-Week Boxing Case Study

How one London couple transformed their bodies, boosted their confidence, and left guests stunned at their wedding.

Few experiences are more rewarding than guiding a couple through their wedding fitness journey — training together, supporting each other, and walking into the ceremony strong, confident and ready. This 12-week transformation case study shows how a London bride and groom followed a structured 12-week training routine to improve fitness, confidence and consistency ahead of their wedding.

For couples wanting to train together throughout the year, see my partner-based training guide: Couples Boxing Training – Two for the Price of One. That article covers teamwork and shared motivation, while this one focuses specifically on wedding transformations.

This article documents a real client transformation. It is not a training programme or service description.
