During my time training with Paul I have achieved great goals in a short period of time. The training was tough but was made enjoyable with the variations in different training sessions. It would range from boxing and weights to circuit training. After twenty sessions I had lost two stone, happy with the results I booked in another twenty eventually loosing four stone… I would recommend Paul for quick results along with knowledge of diet and exercise.

Not only was the hour varied, interesting and painful (my choice!) it was hugely enjoyable too. I always push myself as hard as I can when I train on my own, so i can be very hard to please when a professional is in charge but Paul was excellent. I’d thoroughly recommend him as a personal trainer and look forward to pulling on the boxing gloves to face him again!

A lot of the training I do is a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training), so even though I’m used to the style that Paul’s boxing session offered, I wasn’t used to how intense it was and the shear amount of pain my arms felt the day after.
