My Boxing Coaching With Geri Halliwell-Horner In Women’s Health
I coached Geri Halliwell-Horner in boxing, strength and core work. Women’s Health featured our training and my advice on how women can use boxing to build skill, strength and confidence, including a short core routine.
You do not need to arrive fit or know how to box. I adapt private sessions to your starting point, whether you want to learn the punches, improve your fitness or feel more confident training.
Women’s boxing in London is available through women-only classes, mixed boxing gyms and private 1-to-1 coaching. For women who prefer privacy, flexible locations and continuous individual attention, Paul Carroll provides beginner-friendly private boxing training at suitable homes, parks, offices, hotel gyms and private spaces across London. Sessions cover stance, footwork, punches, padwork, fitness and confidence, with no sparring required.
Purposeful Training
Why Women Choose Boxing For Fitness, Skill And Confidence
Boxing gives each workout a purpose. Instead of repeating anonymous gym exercises, you learn how to stand, move, defend and punch with control. That combination of skill and conditioning can make training more engaging and easier to sustain.
Real Boxing Technique
Develop stance, guard, punch mechanics, footwork, timing and combinations with individual correction.
Whole-Body Fitness
Build stamina, coordination, core control and strength through boxing-led conditioning adapted to your level.
Visible Progress
Notice cleaner punches, better balance and improved combinations as each session builds on the last.
Focused Headspace
Padwork demands concentration, giving many clients a constructive physical break from work and daily pressure.
Built Around You
